Remote email control unavailable on User registration

Hi all,

vBulletin 4.2.4 issue:
i have problems with the registration. Clicking on the Complete registration botton, the page reloads and everyone have this error: remote email control unavailable.
What's the problem? I have tried to disable every email check but still have the issue..
